Some big, big scorelines elsewhere. Leicester and Southampton are BOTH losing.

Goals from Miyoshi and Stansfield has the Saints, who scored through A. Armstrong, 2-1 down.

The Foxes, meanwhile, trail 1-0 at home to QPR thanks to Chair’s strike.

Town have a big, big chance here.

A late corner for Town, but Davis’ delivery just a little too close to the goal. Blues tried again, but Burgess was flagged for offside.

It brings a difficult half to an end. Town have had a few moments, but they haven’t really got going. The game is too scrappy and the conditions are working against them a bit. As I said, they could do with having a little look at some clips so they can find where the spaces are.

Argyle have enjoyed playing with intensity, but haven’t found a way through.

HALF-TIME: Plymouth 0-0 Ipswich

45 – Two minutes added on.

7:42am

Everything’s a bit off kilter for Town. Every time they find space, they’re just overhitting crucial passes. Think they could do with getting to half-time and having a little rethink. Seeing this game from the analysts’ viewpoint could help.

7:41am

39 – Town come close up the other end, trying twice to set Davis up for a killer delivery. He can’t quite find a teammate, forcing Ipswich to play narrow before Moore rolls a shot into the gloves of Hazard.

7:40am

37 – BLOCK! Not sure how that attack was allowed to happen. Sarmiento is bundled to the ground (two arms around the waist) by Sorinola, who crosses for Miller on the left side of the box. He takes aim for what seems like a certain goal, but Woolfenden gets back to clear off the line. Big moment, that.

7:38am

36 – CHANCE – Plymouth win a corner and play it short across the edge of the box. The first attempt is blocked, but it comes out to Hardie, who blasts one over the bar.

7:33am

32 – Another quick counter is stopped as Hutchinson is deemed to have foules Galloway down the right. If that’s a foul, football is doomed.

7:31am

29 – BLOCK! Lovely move from Town as Sarmiento carves Plymouth in half with a superb pass. Hutchinson picks the ball up and strikes, but a Plymouth man gets back to make the block and force a throw in.

Ipswich get it into the box but Moore gives away a free-kick.
