AFC Bournemouth recall Owen Bevan from Hibernian loan after setback

CHERRIES have confirmed that Owen Bevan has been recalled from a loan spell at Hibernian after suffering an injury set back.

After being recalled from his loan spell at League One Cheltenham Town to rehabilitate a thigh injury at the start of January, central defender Bevan joined Scottish Premiership club Hibernian on deadline day.

The Welsh under-21 international was still recovering from said injury whilst with Hibs, explaining his absence from matchday squads, but a recent setback means he will now spend the rest of the campaign back at Cherries in order to make a full recovery.
