The 24-year-old has shone during his time at Portman Road since he joined the Blues from Leeds United, for £1m in July 2022.

It is being claimed by talkSPORT that the left-back is attracting interest from Newcastle and West Ham United, as both top-flight sides are looking to strengthen their defences in the upcoming summer transfer window

Davis, who also enjoyed a successful loan spell at AFC Bournemouth where he achieved promotion to the Premier League with the Cherries, has made 78 appearances for Town in all competitions.

The Englishman has also contributed with 26 assists and six goals in his 74 league appearances for the club, and started 43 of Town’s 46 games in their promotion to the Sky Bet Championship last campaign.

The left-back, whose contract at Portman Road does not expire until the summer of 2025, is not the only player in Kieran McKenna’s squad that is attracting interest from other sides, as ‘several European clubs are monitoring’ the progress of Omari Hutchinson, according to Italian journalist, Fabrizio Romano.
